Job description / Role
This role reports to the Procurement Manager, and/or Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the following functions:
Performing tasks involved in the formulation and administration of purchase orders
Preparing contracts that map out project scope, Schedule, and terms.
Contacting suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data
Coordinating shipments with requisite internal and external entities of materials and equipment
Reviewing material requisitions from a supplier Quality perspective
Requirements
Education:
-Degree in Engineering
Skills:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement role.
-Good knowledge of procurement methods and procedures is a must to ensure compliance with the companys procedure.
-Good skills in producing written technical reports and recommendations in English.
-Effective communication skills and confidence when dealing internally and externally.
-Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple activities.
-Excellent time/task management & organizational skills
-High energy level & ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
