Job description / Role
Morgan McKinley has been retained by a regional Oil & Gas EPCI & Maintenance service provider to lead their talent acquistion strategy. Currently our client is seeking a Direct- Procurement Manager to join their team. This role is reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager and you will be responsible for managing a team of Procurement Specialists and executing the Procurement strategies.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years project procurement experience in offshore structures, Jack Up Rigs and Oil & Gas packaged equipment.
Experience in managing, mentoring and directing team members
Experience in Procurement transformation will be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of local and International Suppliers
In depth experience with ISO 9001/14000/18001 QHSE systems

Excellent reporting and Project Mangement skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & leadership skills
Strong ethics and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Capability to build and develop effective Supplier relationships
Ability to communicate with professional English skills and any other languages as may be available.
Knowledge of ERP management system
