The RoleThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a UAE National as a Procurement Manager within FMCG for a MNC based in Dubai The role will include: Managing procurement activities Plan, direct and coordinate activities Manage purchasing supervisors - Ensuring they are following plan set by you Purchase of materials (direct and overseeing others) Improving procurement service with the company Develop procurement process Developing strategies for mid - long term Develop relationships with suppliers Identify commercial business opportunities Manage, guide and develop team Manage budgets |
RequirementsRequirementsUAE National Candidates must have BA or MA Minimum 5 years experience within Procurement & Management in FMCG Business development Strategic negotiation and decision making skills Critical thinking Strategic and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills People/ Team Management experience |
