Job description / Role
Ideal candidate will be Procurement Manager level with a Marketing Agency industry background: and mainly will be handling the following:
- Procurement Management
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Procurement Operation & Management
- Vendor selection request reception
- Quotation or bidding registration & vendor selection(bidding)
- Quotation Confirmation
- Invoice Confirmation
- Regular or Ad-hoc existing vendor cleansing/mapping/registration
- Review & customize evaluation criteria
- End user & vendor training/registration
- Existing contract/vendor migration
- Support the head of department for ad-hoc reports, if required.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of working experience
- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work under time pressure
