Procurement Manager/Procurement Engineer

Job description / Role

The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, MEP units. Overall 5-15 years experience, out of which minimum 5 years in related field of specialization.

Responsibilities of Procurement Manager / Procurement Engineers (MEP/Mechanical/ Electrical) includes:
- To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
- Implement procurement strategy and policies.
- Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.
- To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
- To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
- All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
- Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.
- Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors and maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
- Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products.

Requirements

- Must possesses strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Planning and Organizing Skills.
- Proficiency in MS.
- Proven experience of providing highly effective supplier management and development.
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil.
