Job description / Role
Job Responsibility
1. Ability to establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate key contract areas, listen to supplier issues and propose creative solutions
2. Provide detailed pricing for Material and service in a timely manner to satisfy project requirements and expectation
3. Able to negotiate company contracts with most favorable terms to benefit the company.
4. Conduct research and analysis to provide analysis into potential suppliers and ensure they were financially sound, quality driven.
5. Ability to analyze data and produce reports that are effective.
Requirements
1. Engineering Degree
2. At least 8 years of working experience in Telecom or IT environment
3. At least 3 years experience in running projects
4. Good command of English language. Knowledge of Saudi/ Chinese is a plus.
5. Clear understanding of order processing and service fulfillment
6. The candidate should have experience in dealing with suppliers and service providers as he will be responsible for interacting and maintaining good relations with such companies
7. Good analytical and presentation skills
Positive Advantage:
1. Purchasing in telecom environment preferred
2. Telecom background of civil work or OSP project preferred
3. PM or roll out role preferred
