Procurement Specialist

Job description / Role

I am currently looking to recruit a procurement specialist in the Abu Dhabi area, within the industry of FMCG.

Within this position you will be required to have a strong background in the FMCG sector with a proven background in the procurement of fast moving goods, for example frozen products / fresh vegetables / meats.

3 years minimum experience in FMCG procurement is essential in this position.

Requirements

• University Degree in business related discipline;
• Recognized Certifications in Procurement/ Supply Chain are preferred;
• 3 + years experience Procurement/Supply Chain with emphasis on FMCG items
• Proven records for purchasing activities
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
• Product and market knowledge
• Team player, flexibility, strong work ethics and ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer and analytical skills;
• Fluent English
