Job description / Role
Purpose
To provide support to various internal departments by processing their sourcing requirements efficiently(timely and cost effective).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive requests from various departments
- Invite quotes and compare quotes
- Assist in finalizing order with the selected vendor
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries
- Establish delivery schedules with vendors
- Discuss on the short and non-deliveries
- Process Purchase orders
- Coordination with internal departments
- Documentation ensuring sufficient controls are maintained
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline required.
- Preference to female talent.
- Should have the willingness to learn.
- Driving license is essential and be willing to travel within UAE.
