Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assists the Head of Procurement in the management of the company’s logistics requirements.
• Manages of the logistics requirements of the company.
• Assist the Head of Procurement in developing processes and procedures for the effective management.
• Ensures that all the orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Ensures that the billings are in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manages all billing discrepancies, invoice verification and processing.
• Ensures that all the orders received are updated in a timeline manner into a central database.
• Receives and processes requests for office supplies and equipment.
• Works closely with Store Supervisor to establish and monitor stock control measures for timely replenishment plan.
• Establishes and updates requisition logs, as well as maintaining chronological files for general supplies.
• Carries out physical stock checks and assists in stock database update.
• Performs data entry for inventory items and process requests for supplies, equipment and/or materials.
• Performs receiving and inspection of goods/materials procured by the company.
• Assists in the physical inspection exercises.
• Performs other assigned or required tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration.
• Training in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Management will be an advantage.
• At least 6 years relevant experience.
