Job description / Role
The Product Development Manager leads and delivers fully functional solutions out of the offshore product development center.
You will work closely with the Kuwait product development streams to plan, execute and deliver the products.
Requirements
Minimum 9 years' solid software development experience including managing multiple product development streams.
Extensive experience in Java/J2EE/Swing programming and web application development using GWT/GXT, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
Extensive experience in data modeling, design and architecture of software solutions.
Extensive experience in agile development and preferably Scrum Master certified.
Extensive Linux/Unix development experience
Experience in configuring and working with JBOSS application servers.
Experience in developing application frameworks and integrating with open source solutions.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases and mobile development will be an advantage
An attractive monthly salary of up to 1500 KWD is on offer, plus benefits including 25% Bonus, family medical insurance, family visa, flight ticket allowance for self, relocation allowance, 30 days annual leave.
