Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an opportunity to join one of the Middle East largest Value Product Distribution Company. We are looking for a seasoned professional who must have exposure and have worked in Europe or America with Value Products in a similar capacity. You must have 10 to 13 years minimum relevant experiance in and IT or related field. This position in based in Egypt, so you must be willing to relocate.

Responsible for effectively directing and coordinating all activities related to the 'Value category' business. Value category shall include networking, software & IT solutions, Low Voltage / Security solutions. Should possess extensive capability in handling class A vendors. Implement best practices, systems and processes in order to steer the company to become country¡¦s no. 1 Value products distributor. Carries Turnover responsibility for the category as well as vendor relationship building ownership. You will be an able spokesperson for the my client.

A member of my clients top-line management team and will therefore be responsible for activities listed in the terms of reference for the management team.

*Support and nurture the overall vision, goals and operating policies established by the Management.

* Assist the CEO in the strategic planning and the subsequent fine tuning of the strategic plan for the category business.

* Set the category divisions, objectives, KPIs and operational plans by product.

* Prepare and submit to the CEO the business unit's annual operations business plan and annual budget

* Manage the division and be responsible for the performance and development of all employees within the division.

* Effective planning and execution management skills of various product campaigns and promotions.

* Constantly come out with innovative approaches to new business acquisitions through proper Value Add approach.

* Provides operational directions to the teams and works with employees to ensure a high performance work environment that support achieving the unit¡¦s and the companies mission, strategic plan, objectives and values.

* Develop strategic partnership with key vendors and leverage market opportunities.

* Identify business and cross-functional project teams, assigns individual responsibilities identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedule to ensure meeting deadlines of organization's goals.

* Comply with and respects the procedures, rules and regulations of the corporation.

* Any other tasks and duties from similar nature level or assigned by the Board / Chairman
