The RoleThe RoleThis job exists to manage, develop, expand and improve the Banks rang of Domestic/International banking products and services in keeping with the overall approved strategic plan, including the general management of IT development activities, leading procedural and policy change across the Domestic/International product line, and supporting the product development and change required by the various Business Manager found with Domestic/International Group. Lead the development process; oversee the implementation of new products, joint venture efforts and process innovation that result in savings from improvement in operational processes. Manage and lead the pricing and promotional efforts of all assigned products sold within/out of KSA or the assigned distribution channel that the incumbent managers and is accountable. |
RequirementsRequirements Education: Minimum university graduate with banking related major Experience: Minimum 10 years of banking/ financial institute experience Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing, products, financial analysis, IT/ systems, project implementation, customer relations and banking procedure and process Skills: Presentation, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, marketing, planning and execution. Must be fluent in English, written and oral. Preferable, but not essential to have Arabic skills. 5+ years Product management experience Experience in growing portfolios Managed deposits and/or current accounts Product development experience Management of Product P & Ls Analytical experience |
