Product Manager – Electronic Services

The Company:
Established as one of Bahrain’s top locally owned Banks, our client was set up over 60 years ago and now has over 500 employees. They have a major share of the domestic banking market. Our client is urgently looking for a Product Manager – Electronic Services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing in the areas of Direct Banking & Distribution.
- Manage and Market to a large base International Debit Cards and Credit card holders.
- Improve utilization of the bank’s direct banking channel.
- Manage and responsible for Internet Banking.
- Ensure the marketing objectives set for debit and credit card are met.
- Analyze processes and workflow for retail banking operations.
- Develop a methodology for studying utilization of direct-banking channels.
- Interact with international card franchises.
- Keep up to date with technology advancements in the banking domain.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
- Relevant degree and certifications.
- Minimum of 7 years experiences in a similar field.
- Previous banking experience.
- Strong in technical knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in handling technological interfaces in banking industry.
- Knowledge of re-engineering relating to technology aspects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
