Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Manage, at OBU level, the total Lighting portfolio by having an in-depth understanding of the OBU portfolio and be responsible to ensure that the sales force and Sales Service team are totally acknowledged and fully equipped with complete product portfolio information.
•Participate to monitor the development and the maintenance of an “healthy” portfolio, including gap analysis and price, margin, specification performance benchmarking versus key competitors
•Manage to collect all information from Competition and from the market and be responsible to develop and maintain the Competition Database and organize with the support of the R&D and the Program Management team the creation of a detailed Benchmarking analysis
•Key member of the Market Introduction team for new Product development, responsible to ensure the perfect introduction of the new product, with all necessary sales & marketing tools ready, including training plan for sales force ready
•Support Sales Service team and the Commercial organization with all product related information
•Organize all necessary product training for all people from Sales Service, Sales, LAD, and Marketing.
•Responsible to bring product and technical support to sales force for specific presentation or training towards customers
•Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success of his own Product portfolio and marketing performance

Requirements

Requirements:

- University degree in Marketing or Engineering.
- Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering university
- 3 years’ experience in Professional sales business
- Some experience as Junior Product Manager would be a plus
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent in written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding management skills and leadership. -
- Ability to lecture and arrange seminars for customers.
- Computer literate, proficient in using MS Office products.
