Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Responsible for end user support at refineries and petrochemical plants in GCC region

Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations

Ability to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction

Working closely with Sales Department regarding propasals and tailor-made offers according to customer requirements

Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics
Define market strategies

Coordination between Sales Department and Production Department

Reporting to Sales Director Middle East

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

University degree in Engineering (Instrumentation Engineer)

3 to 5 years experience in Oil &Gas / Petrochemical Industry in the field of electrical temperature measurement

Knowledge of RTD, Thermocouples, Multipoints, Furnace Skin measurement

Working experience in installation of electrical temperature measurement products in refineries and/or petrochemical plants

In depth knowledge of products replaced during shutdown

In depth knowledge on Skin Temp measurement / Installations of Multipoint Thermocouples / Thermowell sizing and calculations

Working experience in Middle East would be an added value

Excellent English language skills, Arabic would be advantageous

Highly engaged and self driven personality

Motivator and team player

End-user oriented, quality-conscious, well-organized and detail-oriented

Open, honest, and straightforward in communications and actions

Willingness to travel (40-50%)
