Job description / Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for product ownership and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Business management
• setting and achieving business goals and KPIs, Product marketing goal and KPIs
Product strategy
• Annual marketing strategy, local product positioning and target market, and Product pricing strategy
Product launch management
• Local launching plan development, establish team structure and R&R, target launching date
Forecasting and Reporting
• Business reviews with strategic accounts, preparation of subidiary/ HQ reporting and forecasting in supply chain management
Product portfolio management
• Product mix management, SKU line-up agreed by HQ and clients, product fact sheet (SKUs, features, etc), product information for website
P&L Management
• P&L marketing budget management, product category P&L
Market Assessment
• Market trends analysis, competitive landscape assessment, monitoring price roadmap
National sales promotion
• National sales promotion development
Analysis and Insight
• analyzing numbers and data, drawing insight thru analysis
Active involvement with Sales & Marketing directly and assist in Supply Chain Management
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• FMCG industry background
• Must have distributor experience
• Sales and Marketing experience a must
• Good PowerPoint skills and presentation skills
• Proactive individual
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Arabic speaker would be desirable
