Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Manage and Coordinate with all stakeholders - frontline, SAU, Operations and Insurance Providers across Middle East and ensure
* Manage the retention process to attain the highest persistency level.
* Strive for continuous improvement in processes and to provide quality service to the Frontline Staff.
* Manage the insurance portfolio retention process and attain the highest persistency level by follow-up with the frontline teams on Premium regularisation for the existing Insurance policies their clients hold as well as follow-up with CB Ops in debiting the Insurance Premiums based on the customer instruction
* Achieve improvements in controls and systems.
* Build a strong talent of Product Sales Support officer for future business growth and continuity
* Manage employee engagement, motivation and attrition issues
* Ensure that all customer complaints received from frontline are duly recorded and for resolution by the service quality complaints management team
* Avoidance of any fraud, financial losses, customer service issues & adverse audit comments.
* Ensure you have no customer interaction in any form (verbal & written).
