The Role


The Role

Our client a Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company at the forefront of the industry in the Middle East is developing their Dubai Office.

Due to continued success in the region our client is seeking additional members for their strong marketing team, they are looking for experienced Product Managers to join the organisation.

The Product Manager will be required to develop, implement and be accountable for short to medium term strategic and operational plans for allocated products. They will also be required to meet agreed profit, revenue and market share objectives in the short and medium term.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• To recommend 1-3 year strategic options for the product through the planning process.

• Based on agreed critical success factors, to develop the annual strategic marketing/operational plan outlining key activities and marketing programmes to address the critical success factors and implement approved strategies within agreed budgets.

• To ensure plans/strategies accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer needs.

• To produce accurate short to medium term market share/growth grids for individual products.

• Monitor the products perceived functional performance and adjust plans accordingly.

• Build strong customer relations

• To anticipate current & future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product including competitor activity.

• Experience and knowledge of Nutrition or Haemophilia

Requirements


Requirements

All applicants must hold the following minimum skills and knowledge:

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (preferably marketing or related business area)

Preferably a postgraduate degree (MBA)

At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical marketing experience

Experience in Product Launches

Must be able to speak English and French
