Job description / Role
Implementation of overall marketing plans and programs for the assigned Chemanol product in accordance with the corporate marketing strategy to ensure effective promotion and positioning of the brand land support the achievement of optimum revenues and long term profitability.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Strategy
Implements Sales & Marketing Department strategy in line with the corporate strategies.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Implements the policies, processes and procedures for sales & Marketing Department to ensure all relevant procedures are fulfilled.
Budget
Prepares annual budget for assigned “Product” for onwards approval to the Department Manager, taking into consideration the corporate budget.
Follow ups
Follows up with the customers on regular basis for booking their order in line with the budge set by the Sales & Marketing department.
New Development
Develops new opportunity in terms of new export markets as well as new applications within the production scope to achieve the budget figures.
Knowledge of ERP system
Complete knowledge of SAP, BIW and Crystal reports that is required for smooth functioning of Sales & Marketing Department.
Market Intelligences
Monitors raw material prices, competitors activities, market trends and other related information, keeping higher management updated to decide on future strategies.
Payment collections
Follows up with the customers on regular basis for the due payment, to achieve the monthly collections targets.
Reporting
Submits monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to the Department Manager on future sales plan as well as actual achievements against the sales budget in line with department objective.
Supervision
Supervises the overall logistics activities pertaining to the assigned “product” ensuring the timely delivery of the product to the customer
Audit
Assists the internal and external audit activity for sales & marketing department to ensure that the policies and procedures are fulfilled.
Safety, Health & Environment
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, heath & environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy & safe work environment.
Gross Annual Salary : SAR 300,000 to SAR 350,000
Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
Graduate in Chemistry/ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engg with Masters Degree in Business Management.
Experience:
Over 7-12 years of experience in similar Industry.
Languages:
English speaking is compulsory and Arabic speaking would be added advantage.
Skills:
Hard core sales and Marketing skills, Pleasant Personality & Good Negotiator.
Competencies:
Excellent Knowledge of the industry.
