Job Description

Product Manager - Credit Solutions

Responsible for strategic and business planning and ensure all Class 1 NII targets are achieved.
Initiate actions to ensure smooth lending process as well as solve credit related issues to facilitate sales channels.
Drive business through effective coordination amongst Frontline segments Credit, Lending Operations, GSSC Financials, Operation Risk, etc to ensure smooth operation and support for product.
To perform segmentation analysis and identify opportunity to revise/change existing policies/process/procedure to ensure utmost benefit to the customers and the bank.
Monitoring lending portfolio on an ongoing basis and report the pricing trends to business seniors
Reviewing and maintenance of class 1 lending infrastructure and relevant internal and client documentation used ( e.g. Process notes, BCA formats, checklists, lending documentation etc)
Provide Class 1 lending solutions to priority and private banking teams
Facilitate month end volume processing
Liaise with FI GAMs for CAT 5 limits for lending against SBLCs issued by non-SCB entities.
