Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Objective:

Support Program Managers in running dedicated Product Marketing activities (Benchmarking, Pricing, Market test,..)
•Responsible for new Product Master Database creation and eCat development.
•Support Marketing Director in conducting regular Sales performance analysis and Market Intelligence research
• Responsible to organize and Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey
•Support some Communication activities, especially in the context of achieving successful Market Introduction of all new
Products
• Responsible to provide complete, on time, Product Marketing support to Sales Service team and OBUs Product
manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to run dedicated Marketing activities (such as Competition analysis, Pricing & Profitability analysis,
Market Introduction preparation,..) as per alignment and agreement with the Program Managers who are
developing the Indoor / Outdoor / Distribution Lighting portfolio Strategy.
• Develop a general Competitor database and organize proper report, communications and recommendations
• Lead the project team who is going to develop the new Product Master Database and support the development
and the maintenance of the eCat for each OBU.
•Monitor the sales and profitability of all OBU’s portfolio and provide recommendations to each Program manager
• Lead some market intelligence study in relation with the Marketing Director.
• Support the development of pricing strategies for all new product in support of the Program managers.
• Support the Market Introduction team in driving specific communication tools development projects
• Support Sales Service team and the Commercial organization with all product related information and training.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success of his own performance

Requirements

Requirements:

•University degree in Marketing or Engineering.
• Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering university
Good experience in B-to-B marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Experience in market development.
• Able to understand and adapt to the changing market trends and behavior.
Training in the Marketing field is essential.
• Project management training is preferred.
• Training in the leadership and communication is preferred.
