Product Sales Manager – Sales

Job description / Role

The Product Sales Manager is a key role within a large reputable organisation. The primary objective in this role will be to coordinate between the corporate merchant team and the customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience, keeping in mind the company vision while effectively driving sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible in managing, mentoring and developing a cross functional sales team.

Your primary responsibilities will include;
1. Selling the customer experience
2. Drive sales
3. Management of the sales floor

Requirements

The successful candidate will have;
1. Bachelors Degree in management, Business or equivalent
2. Strong communication skills both verbal & written
3. Arabic speaker highly preferred
4. 2+ years in a retail environment
5. leadership experience
6. Ability to work with deadlines
7. Strong organisational skills
8. Good problem solving skills
9. Team player
