Job Description

New business generation for the Transaction Banking I & I and Securities Services business to also assist in the strategy across Sales, Product and Solution Delivery MENA.
Contributes to the overall growth of Transaction Banking Revenues across the region and the rest of the network, with specific focus on the I &I Clients as well as Securities Services for both I&I and Banks within the Financial Institutions business

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver superior financial performance
* Ensure financial objectives are met.
* Responsible for the development of financial operating plans, implementation of projects within budgets, annual revenue targets and on time product launches.
* Influence behavior to ensure a balanced revenue/product mix and cost disciplines.
* Build strategic focus around market share growth, client segments, scalability of the business, market profile, fit for growth business and new markets.

Continuously improve the way we work
* Development of short term and long term sales and product plans, focusing on customers, competition, profitability, product life cycle and service consideration, in addition to organizing sales programs for growth and product penetration.
* Responsible for identifying new initiatives, products, developing enhancements, new product concepts and preparing business requirements, either independently or jointly with dedicated resources in the Regional Product or Group product teams.
* Quantify and provide information to country & group management by analyzing the impact and economic consequences of market trends, changing client requirements and competitor offerings for the dual purpose of performance management and strategy development in the I&I segment and specifically the SS business. Implement actions as required.
* Ensure sales discipline via effective use of CRM

Strengthen partner relationships
* Plan, input, maintain and communicate a strategic view of TB I & I sales, products and services covering Cash, Trade and Custody.
* Coordinate and assume responsibility for compiling and communicating to all stakeholders, on a regular basis, information relevant to the business covering Transactions Banking Sales, Product activities related to Cash, Trade and Solution Delivery as well as key financial performance.
* Networking with other regions and Group.
