Product Specialist (Female)
Abu Dhabi, UAE

AED 20,000 + Bonus + Benefits
NTS Group are working with a leading Pharmaceutical Company to recruit a Female Product Specialist to cover the Abu Dhabi area.
Reporting into the Business Unit Manager for the region, the roles main objectives include;
1) Development and implementation of marketing strategies for given products and/or therapeutic areas in order to achieve overall product objectives (quantitative and qualitative).
2) Achieves defined sales targets for allocated products, while maintaining the level of defined product promotion costs
3) Develops and/or adapts relevant product strategies and tactics in line with the international guidelines in order to introduce & expand use of the relevant drug(s)

- Strategic: able to think strategically about a wide range of issues in addition to handling the operational issues.
- Interpersonal skills: able to deal effectively with affiliates around the world at all levels within Roche; diplomatic; able to quickly adapt to a new environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience as a medical representative required.
* Business-related and/or medical degree.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Strong English communication skills (verbal, written)
* Good communication and writing skills.
* Strong presentation skills
