Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the job:

The successful applicant’s main role will be to provide regular in depth products & soft skills training to promoters and retailers on Tablets & DI across the UAE/GCC region.

Key Objectives:
(E.g. Impact within organization, expected output/key performance indicators, turnover, etc.)

By working closely with Product Manager and Sales Managers he/she will constantly update the channel and sales arm on the unique proposition of Samsung Notebooks & Tablets by way of training.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Deliver one-to-one and group training sessions for Retailers, Promoters on a weekly basis
2. Provide focus and direction for the training aspects of Category products & seek constant improvements in deliverables.
3. Create and maintain documentation and training material for all the required Category
4. Develop training sessions for new and current features ~ keep a track of the progress of the trainee keeping proper documentation & review system
5. Keep up to date with new product features and releases
6. Travel to other GCC Countries, including Store locations to provide training & garner strong patronage towards Samsung products.
7. Work with the Product Manager and Sales team to support events as required, such as DSF, DSS, GITEX and other outdoor events like Trade & Road Shows, Exhibitions etc.
8. Thorough knowledge on Product Feedback, Competition Report, Analysis to be fully equipped to ensure 100% knowledge on the subject matter.

Qualifications
Essential skills and experience:
Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

1. Experience of the Industry particularly handling DI & Tablets.
2. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Powerpoint) for delivering Quality Training Materials
3. Ability to train groups of varying sizes, anything from 1 – 30 people
4. A flexible approach to working hours and travel

• Experience, Education and Licensure

- 1-2 years experience in Product Management at a MNC preferable in same industry.
- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
- Able to travel to other GCC for training.
- Passionate about technology with a strong drive to succeed.
- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
- Ability to give presentation and deliver clear message.
• Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales/financial reports, data and studies. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.
