Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Conducts stock checks in the Warehouse ensuring that product loading and unloading operations are monitored appropriately. Performs administrative documentation and controls invoicing and certifications. May provide support on pipe services operations (basic pipe maintenance tasks).

Main Accountabilities:

- Schedules shipments receiving forecast input, preparing and monitoring the Just in Time (JIT) schedule for oil companies analyzing customer needs and anticipating potential delays, deviations and unforeseen events.

- Collaborates ensuring that user's requirements are met on outgoing products.

- Performs administration tasks of the area controlling invoices, receiving certifications and managing payments to suppliers as well as monitoring budget on a monthly basis.

- Segregate and identify tubes, together with the proper registration in the systems

- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirements

Level of Education: University
Specialization / Career: Engineering/technical, others
Ideal range of previous working experience: Aprox. 2 years
at Industry/Company/Position: Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics, Engineering

English Language: High Advance

Mobility (Relocation availability): No

Personal characteristics: Autonomous, quick-learner, analytical, proactive, organized, flexible. Good communication skills, costumer orientation. Firm taking action and decisions.
Specific Knowledge: Previous experience in a similar positions within SUCH
Certifications / IT skills: Micorsoft Office, SAP as a plus
