Job description / Role
Coordinates and controls warehouse activities addressing the needs of regional warehouses, export shipments and/or oil companies.
- Runs and manages the warehouse operation monitoring logistics for the return of pipes to the main warehouse.
- Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements, develops an integrated order entry capability and ensures real time order tracking.
- Coordinates Long Term Agreement Call off operations, Rig returns management, third party services and End Protector recycling, wherever required.
- Performs ad hoc customer inspections and logistics request, whenever required.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions.Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Ideal Experience: 3-5 years
at Industry: Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics, Engineering

English Language: High Advance
Other Language: Arabic native
Mobility (Relocation availability): Travelling 3 days per month
Personal characteristics: Autonomous, quick-learner, analytical, proactive, organized, flexible.
Good communication skills, costumer orientation. Firm taking action and decisions.
Specific Knowledge: Previous experience in a similar positions within SUCH
Certifications / IT skills: Micorsoft Office, SAP as a plus
Ability to understand and respond to (internal and external) clients’ needs and to innovate products, services and processes in order to optimize client-supplier chain.
Mastery, application and updating of technical and professional competencies of own unit. Ability to build professional networks.
