Production Executive - Mall Promotions and Media

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:
To assist and manage the day to day Media and Advertising production requirements for clients and assist manage the digital media network within the operating centres of our portfolio.

Key Tasks:
- Maintain a regular supply of production for the various media elements based on standard sizes
- Procure the best quality material for the various media elements
- Maintain at least three quotations for each job
- Prepare a list of suppliers and test them for quality and reliability on a regular basis
- Keep an updated record of all jobs and maintain a cost revenue sheet to show the net profit of the production section
- Prepare and maintain a price comparison sheet of different elements
- To manage and maintain the LCD and Large screen advertising network within the operating centres in the UAE
- Create content for MAF entities and clients who require content creation for the advertising network.
- Ensure that all the screens and players on the network are running at all given times
- Maintain an archive of adverts/ campaigns that run on the network
- Ensure the security and safety of the assests belonging to the advertising network.
- Timely Updates and removal of content from the network
- Assist team for creative guidelines / Photosetting / Proposal for pitch .
- Generate Proof of Play reports along with photographs of all executed campaigns
- ensure that all artworks / inputs received for all branding campaigns are in the correct format and are archived on our server.
- Sound knowledge in 3D Studio Max, Adobe After FX, Adobe remiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Dynamics, Fx. Technologies like Motion Tracking, Motion Capture, Color Correction, Color Grading, Keying, Dynamics, 3D Posting, Masking, Stabilizing, Ray tracing, Streaming, Morphing, and Warping. Ability to understand client requirements to produce stunning visual effects, layouts, motion graphics.
- Sound Knowledge in Digital Signage Softwares and management.
- Project management, Installation/Technical evaluation of large video/LED Walls.
- Sound knowledge of video processor/LED controllers A/V distribution and streaming hardware used for Digital signage Installations.
- Experience on any DDS Softwares like SCALA, Broad sign DML, Digitation, Ventuz, MXN Octane.
- Ability to achieve the finest result with the software provided.
- Result oriented, able to Work & Manage under tight deadlines.
- Can adapt to work on any software/platform within a short period.
- Sound Knowledge in all aspects of Post Production, IT & Video Hardware/Software.
- Both technical knowledge and experience in the post production process

Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of print and image production techniques
- Computer literate
- Ability to solve problems and act independently.
- Good Team player.
- 5 years experience on the Digital platform within a media company .
