Job description / Role
One of the largest FMCG businesses in the Gulf Region is currently hiring a Production Manager to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee the production process of the bakery products within the business.
As the Production Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the smooth execution of the company's production strategies by driving deployment of manpower and resources successfully
* Managing the production activities to satisfy customer demands
* Ensuring the compliance of all production process to the company's health and safety standards
* Monitoring staff performance and ensure that all necessary trainings are provided
* Optimizing the facilities efficiency, control wastage and analyze yield
Requirements
This role will require the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in production management within a similar food production business
* Experience in working with bakery products (morning goods, pastries, muffins, croissants)
* Strong people and time management skills
* Excellent decision making abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
