Job description / Role
With more than 750 cafes, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Changs, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched 8 new brands across 2012 and 2013 and have more planned for 2014.
The Role:
This role will be responsible for commissary operations at the Central Production Facility at Dajeej. You will ensure that products are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes, organise and set-up the commissary as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity, check daily all storage areas and keep the orders to par or accordance to the volume of business. You will also coach and maximise employee morale and productivity, train the employees in all sections of commissary, in the skills necessary for them to perform their function to the highest possible standards.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* More than 5 years' experience in food production in a production environment.
* Degree/Diploma in related discipline.
* Experience of managing people.
