Job description / Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Receipt of sales order slip from Sales department
2 Check the products available stock in coordination with Foreman/ Finished Goods Store keeper.
3 Ensure the minimum production quantity requirement in coordination with Foreman/ Finished Goods Store keeper.
4 Check the availability of raw materials stock in coordination with Raw material Store keeper.
5 Raise batch ticket request forward to Technical Department to issue batch ticket
6 Schedule production of the product with batch number
7 Ensure the availability of equipment's/machineries
8 Receipt of batch ticket from Technical Department
9 Preparation of production schedule report
10 Assign duties & responsibilities to all personnel engaged in the production department.
11 Print batch labels as per details in the batch ticket in coordination with Prod.Foreman
12. Monitoring the production process
13. Prepare finished goods transfer slip
14. Transfer finished goods to finished goods stores upon receipt to the approved test report.
15. Analyze and plan work for reutilization, space requirements, work flow and design layout and requirement to work space for maximum efficiency.
16. Report of equipment and production facilities in coordination with production foreman to Admin. Office
17. Monitor raw materials stocks position in coordination with Raw material storekeeper, Technical Manager / GM office
18. Coordinate with sales department regarding production schedule to estimate production time.
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience
- 3-4 years is managerial level
- Experience in similar field
Experience in Construction, Chemical industry. Should have vast experience in the field & well knowledgeable in Bahrain local Market
