Job description / Role
- Electrical Engineering degree, preferably with further education in economics
- Within the industry for >15 years, whereof 5 years in production leadership roles (team size > 10 people)
- Experienced in assembly line design, optimization and management, including testing as well as process management
- Computer literate
Requirements
- Manage and optimize an existing panel production (>30 employees), including the test lab
- Responsible for the production process model of the company and all required recertification
- Leadership over >30 employees
- Working Knowledge of ISO Certification
Availability Immediate
Salary range 15k to 30k / month
