Production Manager (Food)

Job description / Role

Salary - Up to 22,000 AED/Month

As a Production Manager you will manage, plan and control all production operations within a specific manufacturing unit. You will ensure maximum efficiency at the minimum cost while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Other responsibilities of this role will include:

Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping in all areas
A hands-on approach to the management, motivation and direction of the unit's production workforce.
Monitoring performance and implementing changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Proactively supporting and facilitating the implementation of the Company's up-skilling programme.

Requirements
