Job description / Role
S.A.G.E. SA is a dynamic, innovative software development company dedicated to the financial industry.
We are currently looking for a support engineer for our support department. You will join a small team providing Support Service Level and Performance Level Agreements (SLA / PLA) for SAGE's banking suite of products (Prospero and Black Swan). This include providing scripts and source code modifications for production environments.

Working period:
- Full-time from Sunday to Thursday
Other:
- Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed
- Geographical mobility across Middle East is expected; main work location is Dubai
- Valid work permit for the UAE
Requirements
Grade:
- University or equivalent technical degree
Technical/business knowledge:
- Strong development experience in Oracle (DDL and DML) and PL/SQL
- Experience in banking application development or large ERP system
- Good analysis and research skills
- Good English written and oral, Arabic a plus
- Knowledge of following technologies will be a plus: Magic, Oracle BI, Java (J2EE), web services (Weblogic)
- Knowledge of banking/finance jargon
