Productions Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading oil and gas operator who currently require a number of Production Supervisors for their Middle East operations.

As a Production Supervisor you will report into the Offshore Platform Supervisor. You will have staff responsibilities for a team of up to 50. The role will involve ensuring that the performance of production plant is optimized at all times.

Typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

-Ensuring that the plant is operated within the design limits (Control and minimize inhibits and ensure safety equipment is operational).
-Adherence to OSP`s, PP`s, PG`s and other management control documents.
-Ensure all operations are in adherence with consent to operate.
-Production chemical optimization.
-Ensure coordination of production related materials and equipment required in the day to day operation.
-Timely preparation of daily production summary report and other periodical reports as requested.
-Ensure that ``Talent`` is being identified, constantly monitored and developed for the entire production crew - and also address and take any necessary corrective actions with regards to personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Experience of managing a large teams
- Good communication skills essential.
