Employment: Full Time

An excellent opportunity with one of the Oil & Gas Operator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Scope of Duties:
- Coordinates and performs functions related to Professional Career Ladder by implementing and administering Professional Career Ladder policies, procedures and programs.
- Monitors Professional Career Ladder programs for the employees to meet the strategic objectives of the company.
- Performs various duties related to administration and implementation of Professional Career Ladder matters, such as selection of new candidates, approved changes in employees statuses after completing PCL Program etc. as per Company's policies and procedures.
- Providing proper guidance related to Professional Career Ladder policies & procedures.
- Operating computer for entering, maintaining and updating employee relations data.

Requirements

- B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 7 years experience in the administration of Professional Career Ladder System, policies and procedures in the oil/gas industry.
- Good command of English Language.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
