Job description / Role
The primary responsibility for this position is the management of the Delegations of Authority processes across the Middle East. This includes critically reviewing all submissions to ensure the necessary information, including information relating to technical, financial, commercial and risk, is correct and relevant; working with the project teams to ensure the submissions are filed timely and with the necessary information; coordinating meetings, corresponding with people in similar roles across EMEA+I and in Corporate; minute taking; creating and managing the relevant data bases; ensuring the quality of submissions is acceptable; and ensuring the time requirements are met. In addition to the primary responsibility, this position will also assist with other corporate initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years post graduate experience in Project Coordinator / Administrator role.
This position will be working closely with senior management across the ME and EMEA+I and the successful candidate must be experience managing multiple relationships on a senior level.
Experience in the engineering sector is preferred.
