Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Contribute to the leadership and management of the programme by working with academic, administrative and managerial colleagues to ensure quality, consistency and clarity of course delivery.
- Ensure that the curriculum is relevant, current and consistent with the learning outcomes of the course.
- Undertake the effective monitoring of the course and lead enhancement activities in areas of students progression, students induction and learning support.
- Research and compile teaching materials for modules assigned.
- Plan and deliver these lessons in a clear and appropriate manner.
- Develop students learning enthusiasm and monitor the learning styles and developmental stages of the students.
- Ensure that students are appropriately supported and provided with timely and constructive guidance for their academic developments and pastoral care.
- Develop students' creativities and problems solving skills through competitions, field trips, and industry-supported projects.
- Collaborate with relevant industry partners for projects and internships.
- Participate in school promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree of any related courses
- At least 5 years industry experience with a credible portfolio
- Any nationality
- Transferable Iqama

Skills:
- Working knowledge of program development and design, consultation, training, and adult learning methods.
- Experience with project based learning and/or publication.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as to function effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse staff and populations and a variety of education stakeholders and audiences.
- Ability to monitor, analyze, consult, and report on programs and services.
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with computer applicationsa thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn and master other computer technology/software programs as needed.
- Good command of Internet usage.
- Excellent follow through and persistence when corresponding with families, teachers, and volunteers.
