Job description / Role

Program Manager Build & Civil Construction Qatar (Bilingual English & Arabic)

The role will be to work on a major build programme for Government, the scheme has been on site for 2 years and has another 4/5 year build program to run. A major development comprising of major defence works, accommodation, social facilities, leisure, training , recreation. Etc,

The role will cover;, Master Plan, Program/Project delivery and project Execution Planning,
Project Procurement/Tendering/Contracting strategies, Program/Project Execution (EPCM).
Team Management
Schedules milestones agreements, Program/Project level Progress parameters set/up/reporting and Control/recovery plans.
ETC.

Requirements

The role will require 25 years experience in Construction and Civil Engineering of major master planned/ major developments.
Experience in such projects as major defence, Urban Development, Airports, Regeneration, major Leisure and Housing would be advantages.
You will have a Construction/ Civil Engineering related Degree coupled with Chartership, PMP, MICE. MCIOB etc.
You will have 10 years in Project development and program management .
Experience of working in GCC is essential
Bilingual Arabic and English Speaking is Essential.
