The Program Manager Clinical Recruitment is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition efforts for Clinical positions and International recruiting. The Program Manager Clinical Recruitment is responsible for leading, managing, coaching and mentoring three recruiting managers. Directs the operational planning of Clinical Recruitment to meet the strategic objectives of the Department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Leads, manages, coaches and mentors the talent acquisition managers responsible for Clinical positions.
Partners with the Program Manager Corporate Recruitment to assist the Director Recruitment in recruitment infrastructure-building efforts, which include strategy and structure development, recruitment policies and processes (e.g., process mapping, etc.), development of recruitment operations and systems, etc.
Develops strategies to meet the Clinical Recruitment objectives and directs all implementation efforts
Partners with Communications Department to create a compelling global employment brand.
Provides oversight to Recruitment Managers in the development of global recruitment strategies, campaigns, etc.
Co-creates and communicates a shared vision for Clinical Recruitment.
Cooperates with Line Managers to align Talent Acquisition resources with business objectives, manages their perspectives and resolves and anticipates conflicts
Determines Clinical Recruitments quality improvement goals and objectives.
Builds trusting, collaborative relationships with staff, hiring managers, peers, other disciplines, ancillary services, vendors and community leaders.
Provides consultation to community and business leaders regarding Clinical Recruitment.
Determines current and future supply and demand for Clinical Recruitment resources.
Serves as a change agent when recruitment work/workflow is redesigned.
Supports recruitment research and market intelligence efforts and disseminates research findings to Clinical Recruitment team members and leverages findings as appropriate.
Helps direct workforce planning efforts for client groups.
Conducts periodic organizational assessments to identify succession planning issues and establishes action plans.
Develops key performance indicators for self and Clinical Recruitment services.
Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Clinical or related field
7+ years in clinical recruiting including 5+ years at a manager or director level
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and manage financial resources by developing business plans and budgets.
Experience leading recruitment efforts in a clinical environment
Demonstrated excellent communication skills verbal and written
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English
