Program Manager

Our client is a leading and fully integrated Engineering Group, providing a full range of integrated professional services from Urban Design, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Infrastructure Design on to successful Construction Supervision and Delivery for: Airbases, Airports, Commercial and Industrial Cities and mixed-use Urban Developments; Military Cities; Campuses; Hospitals, Universities, Schools, Commercial, Residential and Industrial Projects.

The Program Manager role is required by our Construction Supervision Division and will be located at the client site. It is offering an attractive salary package and benefits.

We are looking for a Program Manager with significant practical engineering experience of acting in program management roles on major infrastructure and construction projects.

The Program Manager is tasked with ensuring that the various projects are properly integrated and are delivered on schedule and to the required costs and quality using program management techniques.

The Program Manager will be required to report on the interactions, interdependencies, progress and quality of the various projects within an industrial city being managed.

The Program Manager is required to provide independent guidance to the client on the overall delivery of the projects within the industrial city including advice on how improvements can be made.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

• 20 years of experience in infrastructure / industrial related projects.
• Experience includes large size, complex scopes including multiple projects. Strong knowledge of MEP & MEP coordination
• Ability to Oversee and support project-level activity to ensure the overall program goals are met, by providing a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at project level.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize resources across projects, managing links between the projects and the overall costs and risks of the program.
• Must have extensive experience using key Project Management disciplines (estimating, work planning, contract management, scope management, etc.)
