The RoleThe RoleResponsible for program strategy and support services related tasks such as program reporting analysis, program metrics development, program monitoring & control, program technical documentation, program coordination, program administration, etc. Work closely with and under the direction of the program strategy manager ˇV to execute the following: 1. Prepare program performance reports, e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly 2. Develop and implement program performance metrics 3. Write program management plans 4. Perform systems analysis and provide improvement recommendations 5. Develop the departmentˇ¦s policies, processes, procedures and forms 6. Provide support and coordinate smoothly with program/project team members 7. Support the planning for department budget and resource loading 8. Coordinate smoothly with functional departments 9. Manage department documents and ensure that all electronic/hardcopy files are consistently updated 10. Participate in team activities & meetings |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years technical, engineering and / or IT experience (with some experience in application systems analysis and design) National diploma or higher with a major in engineering, IT or business • Graduate of a degree course is a plus • Holding a program / project management professional certification is a plus |
