On behalf of our client a multinational business school that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Programme Assistant-Support Team.
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for providing support and services to potential students, students and academics in respect of the following activities: recruitment, induction, mentoring, examinations, material management and workshops
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 2 years experience within the higher education sector, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, committed to the principles and practice of high quality customer service for students and other service users, able to deal effectively with student customers and work out of usual business hours as required.
