Description and Desired Qualifications
In 2011, CH2M HILL formed a group to steward the development and implementation of urban programs for the enterprise in partnership with the business groups. This is executed by expanding on the sustainable sporting event concept and applying it to build sustainable urban environments that benefit people, local economies, and land use over the long term.
Our market sectors include Global Sports & Events, Commercial & Special Economic Zones, New Cities, and Revitalization of Existing Cities. Our services include program management and strategic planning & consulting (for example, master planning, siting and land planning, economic development, planning and infrastructure development, and optimization planning).
CH2M HILL is growing its Program Management and Consulting businesses in the Middle East and India. We are looking for senior program and project management staff to join our infrastructure Programs team; you will have experience of one of the following: utilities, road/highways, rail, airports, ports and marine.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting up the Program Control System, Integrate costs and schedules, Track programme budgets and timelines, assess programme/project status and issue Monthly Reports.
Prepare work orders.
Works with the procurement/contracts / finance teams to assess progress and provides reports.
Supports stakeholder management efforts.
Oversees estimating and coordinates with the scheduler. Oversees risk management and change management.
Monitors change orders, claims and cost estimates.
Oversees document control function.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressively senior project controls experience.
Last 5 years in a senior programme or project controls role. Experience with web based controls tools.
Good experience in scheduling/trend analysis and using leading PM tools like MS Project, Primavera, PCM, Excel, Database Reporting etc.
Relevant academic / professional qualifications from recognized and respected source Good leadership skills to proactively lead the Program Controls Dept
