CH2M HILL Programme Controls Systems Analyst- Doha, Qatar
Program Description:
Qatar will be hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cupâ„¢ football tournament and become the first Middle East nation in history to stage this event. The associated construction programme will be part of the country's transformation programme, including the development of required infrastructure and non competitive venues.
CH2M Hill is the programme management contractor (PMC) responsible for the management of competition precincts, training venues, associated common domain precincts, Operations, Post Games Works and the coordination of the integration works, acting on behalf of the client, The 'Supreme Council for Delivery and Legacy'.
The Risk Management team supports the delivery team to identify, assess and manage risks to the successful delivery of the programme. CH2M Hill is currently interested in expanding the RM team as part of the programme Contracts and Commercial management.
Scope:
Responsible for assisting the Programme Reports Manager in the technical systems integration and automation of Programme Reporting deliverables, including web portal/dashboard content and analysis
• Work within the Programme Controls Reporting Team to produce key reporting deliverables to time and quality
• Facilitate and support the monthly internal management and client review meetings
• Assist in the continual development of Programme Controls reporting methods and formats
• Assist in the development of forms, tools and processes for collecting project and programme status information
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist and report to the Programme Controls Reporting Manager
• Work with project teams & external stakeholders to establish requirements & design of Programme reports
• Notify staff & stakeholders of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Co-ordinate with project teams to produce project level reporting
• Co-ordinate the input and production of key monthly Programme reports
• Quality assure all key reports to ensure a consistent & high standard of project & Programme Reporting
• Works with database specialists to ensure quality and efficiency of Programme reporting
• Contribute to establishing a Culture of Safety and meeting the strategic objective to implement "safety, security, environmental protection and safeguards that are as high as reasonably achievable"
Requirements
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
• Advanced experience in the development, use and application of computer software tools, systems integration and database applications. Must be fluent in SQL and Microsoft office suite with skills in Macros, lookups & coding
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Programme Controls or Project Management
• A Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with peers, senior managers and external stakeholders
• Hands on experience in production of high quality documents
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
• Technical writing and graphic design experience a plus

• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems without delay
• Able to meet deadlines
• Experienced in project/programme control tools, processes, and techniques
• Knowledge & experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Access, Info Path, Crystal Reports, SQL, Dundas Dashboards, Primavera scheduling, Earned Value (COBRA) software all a plus
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in Doha, Qatar
