The RoleThe RoleMy client who is one of the worlds leading Construction Management companies are looking for a highly experienced Programme Manager. To successfully shape and ensure delivery of the agreed portfolio of projects, which will be separated into numerous projects. To manage the portfolio ensuring all business impacts arising from the projects are identified and tracked and that maximum benefit is gained from all changes implemented. To track and force action on key cross-portfolio attributes (dependencies, risks, issues etc). To manage the key stakeholders, including weekly/executive progress reporting against the portfolio plan. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo interpret and manage the business risk exposure generated by the portfolio. Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc) and all payments are properly authorised, controlled and monitored. Ensure Financial Control is in place across the portfolio of projects. Work with individual project Manager and the business units to ensure delivery. Initiate remedial action in response to project progress reports. Establish appropriate project visibility in line with corporate standards. Indirect responsibility for senior project professionals in charge of each project. The right individual will have the relevant experience and hold a degree Arabic and English would be an advantage. |
