Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To provide project management technical and administrative support to the Programme Delivery (PD) department

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management technical and administrative support and guidance to the PD department.
- Organise and facilitate programme/project review meetings and workshops.
- Capture and monitor programme/project logs, e.g. issues, actions and risks.
- Produce and issue departmental reports & metrics for governance and management boards and meetings.
- Develop, maintain & issue programme/project communication material on behalf of the PD department.
- Facilitate development of PD file/document management process and on-going monitoring and reporting of compliance, including proposing and implementing improvement opportunities.
- Maintain project schedules on behalf of the PMO/project planners.
- Manage DANS Portfolio Tracker, including the provision of status reports and metrics for the numerous DANS boards and review meetings.
- Provide additional technical and administrative support attributable to the role, as directed by Head of department and PD management team.

Requirements

Knowledge:
- Diploma in technical discipline
- Desirable qualifications in project management
- Detailed knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Very high proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database programs
- Detailed knowledge of Project management applications such as Microsoft project / Primavera
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential (IELTS 5.5 )
