Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are urgently recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Project Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Setting up Projects in line with the Company systems and PM requirements
* Reforecasting projects in line with the Company systems and PM requirements
* Preparation of Internal and External invoicing and posting to the system
* Ensuring billing allocations are completed as per PMs instructions
* Liaising with Shared Services for inter-project time and expense transfers
* Setting up variations
* Maintaining forecast and actual project billing dates and clearing unissued bills as per PM instructions
* Ensuring projects are closed off on the system in a timely manner
* Reviewing Workflow for bids/projects that require setting up
* Clearing Project Anomalies for Interim and Month reporting, coordinating with Sectors / PMs
* Management of Pre-sales projects setup
* Assisting Sectors with Timesheet codes setup as per instructions from Business Analysts
* Assisting in preparation of responses for Internal and External Auditors
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your Line manager

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree qualified with experience in a Project Accounting
* Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Access or similar
* Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
