The RoleThe RoleRepresenting strong, luxury brand names, our client, one of UAE’s leading retail distributors operate over 25 retail stores and have an overall distribution network of over 50 mono-brand stores and premium department stores across the region. An opportunity has arisen to join this progressive and fast paced organization, in the role of Project Administrator. The role reports into the Project Manager and facilitates and assists in the day-to-day running of the project department, ensuring that projects are completed on a timely basis and to the quality standards set by the organization. Key accountabilities include:- Project Planning - ensuring complete alignment with specified timelines, budgets, principal guidelines and store opening procedures for each project. Design Development - assist with the design development of each project and ensure alignment with concept and mall requirements. Project Coordination - assist and facilitate the actual implementation and roll out of each project by coordinating with logistics, retail operations and external parties to ensure timely delivery of store openings. Store Maintenance – assist with store maintenance in coordination with the retail department. |
RequirementsRequirementsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are vital for this role to ensure that strong internal and external working relationships are developed and maintained. An excellent multi-tasker and natural organizer, the incumbent will have had at least three years experience in retail project management and be well versed in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Photoshop and highly proficient in Ms Office. Additionally, candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, possess excellent local knowledge on pricing and have an extensive network within the local market with contractors and suppliers. |
