Project Analyst Audio Visual Systems
One of my clients in Qatar is looking for an Audio Visual Project Analyst.
The audio visual technician configures, tests, installs, maintains, support, tunes, and documents all audio visual systems in the hospital.
Key person in the daily operations, maintenance, documentations and design requirements of audio visual needs of the hospital
Provide IT and AV support for the Digital OR System, IPTV, and CCTV System.
Provide IT and AV supports and video coverage or recordings by using the appropriate Media System, professional HD cameras and digital media recorder or any other non-linear and linear editing systems.
Provide support in Webcasting and Broadcasting to IPTV System and Production of video documentaries to be utilized by requesters in the Hospital.
Set-up portable AV equipments such LCD monitors with stands, mobile sound system to other meeting areas, projector with portable screen, phone conferencing unit, laptops, and DVD/CD players.
Troubleshoots and resolves AV systems problems.
Provides support and expertise to users on systems usage.
Supports rollouts in the hospital environment.
Maintains Audio Visual equipments and systems inventory and software license databases.
Performs business needs analysis.
Manages use of the equipments and systems.
Evaluating and recommending new and advanced technologies, software, and hardware
Leads in the development and execution of plans for testing new products
Proactively notifies users and Service Desk of issues or downtimes that impact them
Develops standard operating procedures for administration
Monitors and manages Audio Visual equipments and systems utilization
Monitors service level agreements and overall quality of deliverables and services
Documents and communicates all changes and installations to change management and Service Desk
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Strong Background in the following areas: Hospitals, Ors, Research centers, conferences
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network Security)
Experience with LAN/WAN management and administration, troubleshooting and analysis.
Ability to work independently without intensive oversight
Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
Initiative and ability to research problems independently
Strong inter-personal skills, Positive customer service attitude, Focused on quality, Organized, Committed to continual improvement
